Out in Tech unites the LGBTQ+ tech community. They do this by creating opportunities for members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change.

Out in Tech has active chapters in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Portland, Chicago, DC, Boston, and Austin — with more on the way

Pride in STEM is a charitable trust run by an independent group of LGBT+ scientists & engineers from around the world. Proud of who they are and what they do. They aim to showcase and support all LGBT+ people in STEM fields.

Pride in STEM is currently with nine trustees who are based in the UK and US. They run events and activities together with their extensive network of volunteers from around the UK and abroad. Pied in STEM were nominated for the Gay Times Honours in 2017. Pride in STEM spearheaded LGBTSTEM Day on July 5th, 2018, the first international day for LGBTQ+ people in STEM; and they also march annually in the London Pride March.

Startout Charity picture

StartOut’s mission is to increase the number, diversity, and impact of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and amplify their stories to drive the economic empowerment of the community.

Almost every LGBTQ+ entrepreneur has encountered unequal access to key resources needed to advance their business. Since 2009, StartOut has been the champion for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, promoted the successes of our community, and researched the economic impact of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs

We shift the ways trans*, gender non conforming, agender and non binary people live by creating technology that economically empowers, improves access to social services, promotes gender safety and community sustainability, while bringing visibility to trans* tech innovators and entrepreneurs.

Trans*H4CK tackles these social problems by developing new and useful open source tech products that benefit the trans and gender non conforming communities. Since our launch in 2013, Trans*H4CK has become the hub for transgender visibility in tech and entrepreneurship.
